Other attractions close to this hotel in Paris include the

The Hotel Facilities
With access for the disabled and an art deco styling providing a warm atmosphere with
helpful staff, there is a dedicated dining room with large windows over looking the green
for Continental breakfast that is served each morning, however, the Hotel Residence Home
Moderne are introducing a buffet breakfast as well in 2010.
There is a comfortable and contemporary styled lounge for those times when you wish to
have a bit of relaxation and after the renovations, there is now air conditioning plus
WiFi internet access.

There are a total of 63 hotel rooms and 42 of these are air conditioned for added comfort.
Each of the rooms is soundproofed and have a bathroom with either a bath or a shower, a
toilet and a hair dryer and although the rooms are small and basic, they are clean and
comfortable, again with contemporary decor, just like the rest of the hotel, however,
there are also suites available, which includes a double bed and two armchairs that
convert to single beds and these can be booked for just one person up to four people.
All the rooms at the Hotel Residence Home Moderne also come equipped with an LCD TV,
Satellite TV, mini safe and a direct dial telephone.
Rates as of 2010: A Single Room is from €46, a Twin Room is from €55 and a Suite
is from €84 upwards, but this does depend upon the number of guests, for example,
four people could be from €114.
