Au Pacific Hotel - 2 Star Hotel In Paris

The small Au Pacific Hotel is a family owned Paris hotel that has been run by the same family for the last four generations and located in the 15th Arrondissement, it has a warm and friendly atmosphere in a fantastic location close to many of famous Paris landmarks.

This is a basic two star hotel which is great for those of you on a budget, especially when you consider its location in comparison to many of the other 2 star hotels in Paris that are far further out of the city, yet is kept clean and welcoming.

By staying here you will be within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, and the River Seine, which is great for its dinner cruises and tours like on the Bateau Mouches traditional long boats.  But across from the River Seine you can reach the Trocadero and experience places like CineAqua that has the largest tropical tank of its kind in the world, or eat out in Paris with fantastic views at the Altitude 95 restaurant, try the gastronomic Paris restaurant called 153 Grenelle, or for something different why not have an evening out at the Ozu Bar Lounge Club.

Also on foot you could visit Les Invalides  and the Musee de l'Armee which is home to Napoleon's Tomb, the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees, enjoy a fun time at the Aquaboulevard aquatic water park and sports complex or perhaps visit the Musee Bourdelle dedicated to the sculptor who produced fabulous statues in bronze, marble, etc, but the metro is also close by to the Au Pacific Hotel so that you will be able to visit many of the other Paris monuments, museums and tourist attractions.

There is a 24 hour reception desk with concierge service from a helpful team that will make your stay run as smoothly as possible.

For a good start to the day, the Au Pacific Hotel provides a great selection for the Continental style buffet breakfast available in the dining room, but you can also request breakfast in your room, although there is now an additional charge for this service.

Hotel Room Facilities

There are 57 hotel rooms with en-suite bathrooms that are located around an inner courtyard, which are simple and basic, yet clean and comfortable.

All of the bathrooms have been recently renovated and come complete with a hair dryer.

Each of the hotel rooms is also double glazed for added comfort and come with a TV and direct dial telephone.

Rates as of 2010: A single room is from €63 and a double room is from €73.
