The Hotel Facilities
The hotel is fully air conditioned and to keep in touch with collegues and family you can
take advantage of the complementary Internet access with Wi-Fi available throughout the
hotel and high-speed LAN available in all rooms and suites.
With a 24 hour reception desk and full concierge service for booking tickets to shows,
arranging baby sitting, shuttle services, etc along with laundry and dry cleaning
services, virtually every need can be catered for, plus for those of you who are not
arriving by plane or train, then there is also secure underground parking available, which
is underneath the Hotel Ampere.
There is a lounge and bar area where you could sit and relax around the fireplace in deep
comfortable armchairs, or when the weather permits you could choose to enjoy a late night
drink under the stars on the patio terrace that surrounds the garden.
You will be able to enjoy top quality dining in the restaurant called Le Jardin d'Ampere,
which is located at the heart of the hotel and opens onto the terrace and garden.
However, you have to bear in mind that it is always closed on a Sunday evening and
completely closed throughout the month of August. But there is always room service
with quick dining options available at times when the restaurant is not open.
There are also function rooms available for things such as meetings, lunches, cocktail
evenings etc that all benefit from natural daylight with up to date technology available
and individual air conditioning.
Hotel Room Facilities
Following the hotel image of quality with tradition combined, the rooms and suites are
comfortable and some are facing the garden, plus there are two suites that offer a
stunning view of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tour.
Rooms are air conditioned, double glazed and sound proofed. The en-suite bathrooms
are equipped with luxury contemporary materials where they have a separate toilet, a bath
with shower or just a shower, and hair dryer.
As mentioned earlier, each room has a LAN connection for the complementary internet
connection, but they also have WiFi along with other facilities such as a TV, Satellite
TV, direct dial telephone, mini bar and a personal safe at your disposal.
A baby cot can be added to the room at no extra charge if it is requested at the time of
booking.
Rates as of 2010: A Classic double is from €120, a Superior double is from €152,
a Junior suite is from €232 and a Suite is from €265. There are also
Quadruple rooms available from €232.
