The Galerie du Pantheon Bouddhique du Japon et de la Chine is a museum dedicated to the history of Japanese Buddhism.

This small Paris museum is located in the Hotel Heidelbach, which is a lovely a mansion house built in the early 1900's in the neo-baroque style and has a beautiful Japanese garden.

The Galerie du Pantheon Bouddhique du Japon et de la Chine has approximately three hundred different exhibits from Japan and China and range from jewellery to paintings, sculptures to decorative works of art, furniture to textiles, etc.

You will be pleased to know that there is documentation in some foreign languages and also access for the disabled, plus photography is allowed.

This small unusual museum is open from 10am through to 5pm, however it does close on a Tuesday and all National Holidays and at certain other times, so it would be an idea to check the open times, prior to your visit.
