Le Press Café is open in the morning for breakfast right through
until after midnight, which means it is a frequented by business people and those that
want to catch up with their emails etc during the day, and because of the free WiFi access
some locals make it their daily hang out.
But there is also a big screen where you are able to watch live sports and there is a DJ
one evening a week, which is usually on a Thursday night.
Restaurant Guide Key Points
You will find most of the clientele in smart casual dress and it is more suitable for
adults due to the nature of the setting, and it would probably not be an idea to take
young children here.
It is open from 7am through to around 2am in the morning every day of the week, with
continual food service from 11am through to 10.30pm.
They provide what is called a Formule petit déjeuner that cost around 6 and
includes a hot drink, croissant and a glass of orange juice
They do provide a lunch menu special, which is an approximate cost of around 14 and
called the Formule déjeuner it includes a starter and main course or a main course and
dessert. However, this only available on a Monday to Friday, but not at weekends or
on any national holidays.
There is a lunch Plat du jour for approximately 10 and a plate of the day also
available in the evening for around 12.
However you can choose directly from the wide choice available on the A la Carte menu,
which looks more like a menu from a good Paris
restaurant and yet without a similar price tag, as a starter is from 6 and main
courses are from 12 upwards
There is tapas style food available from around 5.30pm, plus a bottle of wine starts from
only around 17.
The nearest Metro station is the Bourse.
